- Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing your order.
- House of Dipashna is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts, or unforeseen courier-related issues.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Returns & Exchange
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size preference, colour variation, or personal preference.
- Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product received is damaged or defective.
Damaged Product Policy
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Kindly share clear photographs and an unboxing video of the package and the damaged product for verification.
- Once the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement for the damaged item, subject to product availability.
