At House of Dipashna, every order is carefully processed and quality-checked before it makes its way to you. We take pride in ensuring that your pieces reach you safely and in perfect condition.

Please read our shipping and order policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided by you.

Orders are processed from our studio in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Shipping Within India

Ready-to-wear pieces are dispatched after quality checks and are generally delivered within 7–15 working days from the date of dispatch.

Customized and made-to-order pieces require additional time for production and are generally delivered within 2–3 weeks from the date of order, depending on the design and customization involved.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier service and other unforeseen circumstances.

House of Dipashna shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery caused by courier companies, postal authorities, customs, weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances or other factors beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the relevant shipping details wherever applicable.

International Shipping

International orders generally take 2–4 business weeks to be delivered.

International delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, local regulations and courier service.

House of Dipashna shall not be held liable for any delay caused by international courier companies, postal authorities, customs authorities or other circumstances beyond our control.

Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges applicable in the destination country, if any, shall be borne by the customer.

Urgent Deliveries

If you require your order on an urgent basis, please inform our team at least 2 days in advance.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to the availability of the product and courier services. Additional charges may apply for urgent delivery.

Customer Responsibility for Order Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate information at the time of placing the order, including full name, complete shipping address, correct contact number and accurate PIN code.

House of Dipashna will not be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges arising due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Damaged Products During Transit

We take utmost care while packing and dispatching your order. However, if your package or product has been damaged during transit, please notify us by email at shop.dipashna@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Please share clear photographs and/or videos of the packaging and the damaged product along with your order details.

The product must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days of delivery. Failure to notify us within 24 hours or return the product within the stipulated period may result in the claim not being accepted.

Once the product is received, House of Dipashna will inspect the damage and determine the appropriate resolution. Wherever possible, we will repair the merchandise and courier it back to the designated address.

The cost of couriering the product back to House of Dipashna will initially be borne by the customer. House of Dipashna will bear the applicable shipping expenses for sending the repaired merchandise back to the customer.

Important Note

House of Dipashna accepts returns or exchanges only for products purchased directly from House of Dipashna through our official online store.

Products purchased through retail outlets, third-party platforms, exhibitions, pop-ups or other authorized selling channels may be subject to the respective seller’s return and exchange policy.
