Every piece you purchase from us is chosen or created with care. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we request you to read our return and exchange policy before placing your order.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Exchanges

We do not accept returns. However, eligible products may be exchanged.
Any request for an exchange must be communicated to our team within 5 days of delivery.
Once your request has been approved, the product must be shipped back to us in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Once received, the product will be inspected for its condition and eligibility.
Once the product passes inspection, we will process the approved exchange.
Courier charges for sending the product back to House of Dipashna will be borne by the customer.
Exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If the requested piece is unavailable, an eligible store credit will be issued instead.
Store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used towards a future purchase at House of Dipashna.

Customized or made-to-order pieces
Sale or discounted items
Jewellery
