Every great journey begins with a simple idea.
Ours began 37 years ago with a woman who believed that fashion should make every woman feel beautiful.
What started in the late 1980s as a small home-grown venture by our founder, Mrs. Renu Kirpalani, with an investment of just ₹1,700, has today evolved into House of Dipashna—a destination in Ahmedabad for thoughtfully curated fashion, bespoke creations, and size-inclusive clothing for women of every age, size, shape, and style.
Our Legacy
Originally from Indore, Mrs. Renu Kirpalani moved to Ahmedabad after her marriage. Her impeccable sense of style soon caught everyone’s attention, and requests for the outfits she wore became increasingly frequent. Encouraged by this response, she travelled back to Indore, handpicked a small collection, and brought it to Ahmedabad.
The entire collection sold out within two days.
That small beginning laid the foundation of a brand built not merely on fashion, but on trust, honesty, and an instinctive understanding of what women truly seek when they shop.
Over the decades, Dipashna grew from a home-based business into one of Ahmedabad’s most loved fashion destinations, serving generations of women who continue to place their trust in us.
In 2012, the second generation joined the business. Dipna brought fresh ideas, contemporary design sensibilities, and a renewed vision while preserving the values their mother had nurtured for decades and Aashna showed ways to market them.
Today, that evolution has culminated in House of Dipashna—our flagship space that reflects not just how far we’ve come, but where we aspire to go.
